There is a weakness with the structure of The Companions of Jesus of Nazareth. The Companions draws individuals from globally diverse experiences into a virtual community that is spiritually united in a common pursuit. Yet, one can attempt to live such a life alone, or in a vacuum.The Christian life is not meant to be lived in isolation, but rather it is meant to be lived in community with others (there are exceptions to this).

 

An attempt to provide a solution to this are Virtual Small Groups that meet monthly through video conferencing. In these small groups, one may share "face-to-face" with others their experience with the monthly readings and how Jesus is leading them to live Nazareth.
